Governor Phil Murphy has enacted a series of legislative measures, according to a recent announcement. The newly signed bills cover various aspects of state law.
One such measure, S-1325/A-3890, sponsored by Pou and Ruiz in the Senate and Stanley and Wimberly in the Assembly, permits electronic delivery of documents related to portable electronics insurance.
Another significant piece of legislation is S-2310/A-4151. Introduced by Moriarty and Turner in the Senate, with Danielsen, Quijano, and McCoy backing it in the Assembly, this bill mandates transparency regarding compensation with promotional opportunities and within employment listings.
