URBAN Enterprise Zone Coordinator, Trenton City (Mercer County) is seeking an individual to become part of the revitalization of the Capital City. Working as a team member of a motivated group focused on redevelopment, demolitions, and business partnerships.  The UEZ Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of programs that promote economic and community development.  The UEZ Coordinator needs to maximize resources, expand program activities, and promote the city of Trenton as a destination for living, working and investment.  The UEZ Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, developing, coordinating and implementing program activities that support industrial, office, or commercial development, related to business attraction and retention for Trenton; solicit new businesses to the UEZ Program; retain existing businesses in the UEZ Program; establish and maintain effective working relationships with businesses; create initiatives for small businesses, and build strong, strategic partnerships with internal and external entities to support equitable economic development.  Applicant must have a minimum bachelor’s degree with advanced degree preferred, along with experience in urban revitalization, economics or public administration, Real Estate experience a plus.
