This month's Cook Talks was all about Irish food! To get patrons prepped and in the mood for St. Patrick's Day, Reference Librarian Melissa Brown taught patrons how to cure beef, and prepare golden, crisp Corned Beef Reuben Egg Rolls (made healthier by cooking in the air fryer), a specialty of the Emerald Isle. Melissa also talked about Irish smoked salmon and demonstrated how to make Irish soda bread muffins.
