Princeton University appoints two new assistant professors

The Princeton University Board of Trustees has approved the appointment of two new assistant professors to its faculty.

Aviram Uri will join the physics department in September 2025. Uri specializes in condensed matter experimentation and holds a Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of Science, along with a B.S. from Tel Aviv University.

Kevin Dano has already joined the economics department on January 16. Dano's expertise is in econometrics, and he possesses a Ph.D. from the University of California-Berkeley, an M.S. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from ENSAE ParisTech.
