Governor Murphy has enacted several pieces of legislation, impacting areas from mortgage relief to healthcare referrals. The bills signed into law include S-3670/A-4871, which "provides for mortgage payment relief and foreclosure protection for certain homeowners impacted by remnants of Hurricane Ida." This measure is sponsored by Singleton, McKnight, Lopez, and Wimberly.

Additionally, A-4447/S-3242 allows health care practitioners to make referrals to pharmacies following certain professional standards. This bill was put forward by Peterpaul, DePhillips, Azzatiti, Mukherji, and Schepisi.

Lastly, AJR-46/SCS for SJR-12 designates October as "Hindu Heritage Month" in New Jersey. This initiative was led by Karabinchak, Stanley, Drulis, Diegnan, and Johnson.
