The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has released the gaming revenue results for September 2024. The report shows varied performance across different sectors within the state's gaming industry.
Casino Win for the nine casino hotel properties was reported at $230.6 million, a decrease of 6.5% compared to $246.5 million in September 2023. Year-to-date figures show a Casino Win of $2.15 billion, down by 0.9% from the previous year.
Internet Gaming Win showed significant growth, with casinos and their partners reporting $208.1 million for September 2024, marking an increase of 27.1% from $163.8 million in September 2023. For the year-to-date period, Internet Gaming Win reached $1.73 billion, up by 23.2% compared to last year's figures.
Sports Wagering Gross Revenue also experienced growth, with a total of $119.6 million reported for September 2024, reflecting a rise of 7.6% over the previous year's figure of $111.1 million. Year-to-date Sports Wagering Gross Revenue amounted to $835.4 million, which is a 17.8% increase from last year's period.
Overall Total Gaming Revenue for casinos, racetracks, and their partners stood at $558.3 million in September 2024, representing a growth of 7.1% from the previous year's total of $521.5 million in September 2023. Year-to-date Total Gaming Revenue was reported at $4.72 billion, showing an increase of 10.1% over last year's figure.
