MCCC presents an exciting new new opportunity for Mercer County residents ages 18-24 with intellectual and developmental disabilities!

The County College-Based Center for Adult Transition allows young adults with developmental disabilities to gain academic and career-related experience that will better prepare them to move into adulthood as employees and as lifelong learners.
