Trenton, N.J. - The City of Trenton’s Planning Board is inviting the public to participate in its July 13th meeting, where it will review all of the public comments submitted about the revised Draft Land Development Ordinance (LDO) under the Trenton 250 Master Plan. This will be the final opportunity for public comment before the LDO is finalized.
Revising the Land Development Ordinance is one of the most important steps toward completion of the Trenton 250 Master Plan. These revisions will help remove outdated content from the Land Development Ordinance, better streamline the regulatory process for development, and provide critical support for the modernized needs of the Trenton community.
As Planning Board meetings are held virtually, instructions on how to join are posted on the Planning Board’s webpage: https://www.trentonnj.org/254/Planning-Board. The meeting will begin at 6:00PM.
