Hopewell ranked 60th in New Jersey for resident earnings in 2018

Hopewell ranked 60th among cities in New Jersey by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Hopewell residents was $57,426 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 747 households with a population of 1,940.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Harlingen with $215,156 per year after adjusting for inflation – $157,730 more than Hopewell. It had 78 households with a population of 230.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Seabrook Farms with $15,656 per year after adjusting for inflation – $41,770 less than Hopewell. It had 648 households with a population of 1,996.
