Tennis team earns academic honors from ITA and WIAC

The TCNJ men’s tennis team has received several academic honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) and the WIAC for their academic performance during the 2024-25 school year. The team was named an All-Academic Team, with eight players being recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes.

To qualify as an All-Academic Team, a program must maintain a grade-point average of 3.20 or higher. Student-athletes must have a GPA of at least 3.50 to be named ITA Scholar-Athletes.

The players honored as ITA Scholar-Athletes are Sidd Arudi, Max Loia, Harrison Maitland-Carter, Max Nussbaum, Brett Schuster, Alberto Thomas, Aidan Twamley, and Asa Wong. In addition to these eight athletes, Nathan Chan and Curt Gruber were also included on the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll for achieving at least a 3.00 GPA.
