In their first match of the day, TCNJ defeated Oswego 36-9. Joey DeAngelo began with an 18-1 technical fall at 125 pounds, finishing in just over two minutes. Garrett Totten followed with a pin at 133 pounds against Benjamin Burkhardt in just over three minutes. Vinnie Santaniello won by major decision at 141 pounds and Sam Kotch secured a pin at 149 pounds early in the second period. Colin Menier added another major decision at 157 pounds. D.J. Against host Cortland, TCNJ won by a score of 37-13. Griffin started with a pin at 125 pounds and Totten added a major decision at 133 pounds. After falling behind briefly due to three consecutive bout losses, TCNJ responded by winning the final five matches—four of which included bonus points or pins from Joey Fulco (165), Hunter Mays (174), Luke Theis (184), D.J.
