Before the competition began, the program recognized its eight seniors—Bridget Cleveland, Beth Evaldi, Katelyn Gaulin, Sofia Hall, Jillian Kenney, Melody Lin, Maya Randall, and Campbell Wall—as well as graduate assistant Bella Miletich.

The Lions opened the meet with victories in the first four events. The team’s A relay secured a win in the 200 medley relay. Katie Mazzacco followed with a first-place finish in the 1000 freestyle (11:04.26). Senior Bridget Cleveland won the 200 freestyle (1:59.45), and Shaye Bundonis added a victory in the 100 backstroke (1:01.04).

Montclair State captured most of the remaining events. Despite this shift, Cleveland earned her second individual win of the day by taking first place in the 200 backstroke (2:12.98). The Lions closed out their home schedule on a positive note with another relay win in the 400 freestyle relay.

Montclair State narrowly defeated TCNJ with a final score of 153.5-144.5.

With their home meets concluded for this season, TCNJ’s women’s swimming and diving team will next compete at Saturday’s USMMA Invite.
