What do you enjoy the most about being involved with SOH?

I particularly enjoy the packing day event.  I love working with a team and actually accomplishing something that makes a difference for the community.

What inspires you to volunteer in your community?

I am inspired by the beneficiaries of volunteer work.  Having had the opportunity to meet folks who benefit from volunteerism, there is nothing more inspiring than their gratitude and expressions of appreciation to keep me motivated. It makes me realize how volunteer work truly makes a difference.
