Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, a U.S. Congresswoman representing New Jersey’s 12th district, used her social media platform on February 3, 2026, to comment on several political and infrastructure issues.

In a post at 15:35 UTC, Rep. Watson Coleman stated: “Right now, I’m standing with my colleagues at ICE headquarters to send one simple message: NOEM MUST GO!”

Shortly after, at 15:50 UTC, she addressed the importance of the Gateway tunnel project by writing: “The Gateway tunnel is essential infrastructure for the millions who move along this major transportation hub, for the continued economic growth of the region and the country, and for the jobs and environmental stewardship opportunities it represents. The President’s actions to”

At 15:53 UTC on the same day, Rep. Watson Coleman commented on possible changes at a major cultural institution and criticized former President Trump: “What kind of East-Wing like destruction does Trump have planned for the Kennedy Center? Senator Kaine is right, this president is pathetic.”

Watson Coleman has represented New Jersey’s 12th district in Congress since 2015 after succeeding Rush Holt Jr., following previous service in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2006 to 2010. She was born in Camden in 1945 and currently resides in Ewing Township. She earned her BA from Thomas Edison State University in 1985.

The College of New Jersey softball team split its doubleheader against Drew University on March 25. Maya Knasiak led TCNJ to victory with another shutout performance before Drew rallied late to take Game 2. The Lions will next face Rutgers-Newark at home.
