Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, who represents New Jersey’s 12th congressional district, posted a series of tweets on December 17, 2025, addressing healthcare deadlines and her stance on former President Donald Trump.

In a tweet from December 17, 2025 at 15:48 UTC, Watson Coleman stated: “The ACA deadline in New Jersey for coverage starting February 1st, is January 15th. Speaker Johnson should bring this to the floor for a vote NOW. Not after he sends people home for the holiday recess… NOW!”

Later that day at 16:39 UTC, she posted: “Learn more about Trump’s corrupt schemes here: https://t.co/a6ucvJeDnH”.

In another tweet at the same time, Watson Coleman wrote: “When the American people elected Donald Trump, they trusted him to put the nation’s interests first. This president has violated that trust from day one and sold out hard-working people only to enrich himself and his billionaire buddies. Today, I introduced legislation to https://t.co/mhL5VJZ2aH”.

Watson Coleman has served as U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 12th District since replacing Rush Holt Jr. in 2015 and previously served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2006 to 2010. She was born in Camden in 1945 and resides in Ewing Township. Additionally, she holds a BA from Thomas Edison State University.
