On Saturday, Nov. 22, former Steinert High School standout Tyler Carocci’s current collegiate team the Ursinus Bears won 31-13 against the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.
The game took place at Patterson Field at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen in the tournament.
Saturday, April 11 will see these former Mercer County area high school stars in competition.
NJSIAA celebrates Women’s History Month by honoring Ruth Kellett, a pioneering coach and one of New Jersey’s first female athletic directors. The recognition highlights her contributions at Pequannock High School and her role in advancing women in athletics.
The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association honored Vonnie Gros for Women’s History Month. Gros, a Palmyra High School graduate, played a key role in developing field hockey in America.
