TCNJ men’s basketball player Nick Koch has been named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week after delivering strong performances in recent games. Koch averaged 30 points per game, shooting 58.3 percent from the field and 60 percent from three-point range during two New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) victories.

In a double-overtime win against Stockton, Koch scored 33 points and made the game-winning three-pointer as time expired, helping TCNJ secure an 84-82 victory. He followed this with a 27-point performance on 9-of-11 shooting and contributed nine assists in an 85-59 win over Ramapo. Over the week, Koch maintained a two-to-one assist-to-turnover ratio and played a total of 84 minutes across both contests.

Koch was also recognized as NJAC Player of the Week for the fourth time in his career earlier in the week. This is his first selection to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week. For the current season, he leads the NJAC in scoring with an average of 21.3 points per game and is second in assists at 5.2 per game. His total of 104 assists ranks him among the top fifteen players nationally in Division III for that statistic.

Over his college career, Koch is ranked seventh among active Division III players in points scored and tenth in assists. He has also accumulated 322 rebounds, 106 steals, and recently reached his hundredth career three-pointer during Saturday’s win at Ramapo.
