The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has released the gaming revenue results for April 2025. The data reveals a mixed performance across different sectors.
For the nine casino hotels, Casino Win was reported at $211.0 million, marking a decrease of 2.7% from April 2024’s figure of $216.8 million. The year-to-date Casino Win through April 2025 stands at $855.4 million, showing a decline of 2.0% compared to the same period last year.
In contrast, Internet Gaming Win experienced significant growth. It reached $235.2 million in April 2025, up by 25.2% from the previous year’s $187.9 million. Year-to-date figures for Internet Gaming Win totaled $908.4 million, reflecting an increase of 21.0% over the prior year’s numbers.
Sports Wagering Gross Revenue saw a decline to $90.5 million in April 2025, down by 14.8% from $106.2 million in April 2024. The year-to-date revenue was reported at $357.6 million, representing a decrease of 17.6% compared to last year’s figure of $434.2 million.
Overall, Total Gaming Revenue for casinos, racetracks, and their partners amounted to $536.6 million in April 2025, indicating growth of 5.0% over the previous year’s total of $510.9 million for the same month. Year-to-date Total Gaming Revenue reached $2.12 billion through April 2025, growing by 3.1% compared to the prior year’s figure of $2.06 billion.
Total Gross Revenue Taxes collected were reported as $59.8 million for April and accumulated to $234.9 million for the year-to-date period ending in April.
