Former Ewing High School standout and current Tarleton State Texans player, Mekhi Gibson will compete in the NCAA Division I FCS Football Championship.
They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the 13th seeded North Dakota Fighting Hawks.
The first game is on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 12 p.m.
NJSIAA celebrates Women’s History Month by honoring Ruth Kellett, a pioneering coach and one of New Jersey’s first female athletic directors. The recognition highlights her contributions at Pequannock High School and her role in advancing women in athletics.
The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association honored Vonnie Gros for Women’s History Month. Gros, a Palmyra High School graduate, played a key role in developing field hockey in America.
Friday, April 10 will feature competition from these former Mercer County area high school standouts.
