The College of New Jersey women’s swimming and diving team swept all the diving honors at the New Jersey Athletic Conference this year, according to a Mar. 31 announcement from the conference.

This recognition is significant for the program, as it highlights consistent performance and dominance in both individual and team events during the season.

Beth Evaldi was named Diver of the Year for a third consecutive time. She won both the 1-meter and 3-meter events at the NJAC Championships, with teammates Melody Lin finishing second and Jenna Ringel taking third in each event. The Lions thus secured every podium spot in both diving competitions.

Evaldi’s achievements include her third straight conference title on the 3-meter board and her second consecutive title on the 1-meter board. Her results at regionals made her a first alternate for this year’s National Collegiate Athletic Association championships. Lin earned All-NJAC Second Team honors after placing second in both events at conference championships for two years running, ending her career as a five-time all-conference diver. Ringel concluded her sophomore season by earning honorable mention recognition, joining Evaldi and Lin on both podiums while also competing at regionals.

These accomplishments underscore TCNJ’s strong presence in collegiate diving this season.
