Today, the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement released the total gaming revenue results for March 2025. The figures indicate varied changes across different gaming sectors compared to the same month last year.
In March 2025, the Casino Win for the nine casino hotels reached $230.9 million. This figure marks a decline of 3.7% from the $239.8 million reported in March 2024. When viewed year-to-date, the Casino Win amounted to $644.4 million through March 2025, a 1.8% decrease from the same period the previous year.
The Internet Gaming sector, on the other hand, showed considerable growth. Internet Gaming Win rose to $243.9 million in March 2025, a 23.7% increase from $197.2 million in March 2024. The year-to-date Internet Gaming Win was $673.3 million, reflecting a 19.6% rise compared to $562.8 million for the previous year’s corresponding period.
Sports Wagering Gross Revenue saw a downturn. It was reported at $71.3 million for March 2025, representing a 20.5% drop from $89.7 million in March 2024. Year-to-date Sports Wagering Gross Revenue was $267.1 million, down by 18.6% compared to $328.0 million for the same timeframe last year.
Overall, the Total Gaming Revenue for the casinos, racetracks, and partners amounted to $546.1 million in March 2025, reflecting a 3.7% increase over the $526.6 million reported in March 2024. Year-to-date Total Gaming Revenue reached $1.58 billion through March 2025, showing a 2.5% growth over the $1.55 billion reported during the same period in the previous year. Additionally, Total Gross Revenue Taxes were documented at $59.8 million for March 2025 and $175.2 million for the year-to-date through March.
