U.S. Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, who serves New Jersey’s 12th district, addressed several topics on her social media account on October 14, 2025, including mental health policy and voter registration deadlines.

In a post published at 17:11 UTC, Watson Coleman commented on the current state of mental health in the United States, stating, “At a time when America is facing a mental health crisis, Donald Trump is doing everything he can to exacerbate the problem. So far this year he’s cut the workforce tackling this issue IN HALF! Including 125 on World Mental Health Day.”

One minute later, she called for bipartisan cooperation in addressing mental health issues, writing, “I encourage all of my colleagues, Democrat AND Republican to join us. Acknowledging the need for expanded mental health resources is bipartisan. Now we just need a bipartisan commitment to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!”

Later that day, at 17:18 UTC, Watson Coleman reminded constituents about the voter registration deadline for the upcoming gubernatorial and assembly elections, stating, “Today, Tuesday, is the deadline to register to vote in the Nov 4, Governor’s race and Assembly races. You don’t have to know who you’re voting for yet, but you DO have to register if you haven’t already. Good news is you can register online: https://t.co/NP5OKNbTMQ https://t.co/9utgYSg9bf”
