On Sunday, March 23, former Hightstown High School standout Angelina Benitez’s current college team, the Seton Hall Pirates, lost 17-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UConn Huskies.

The game took place at Burrill Family Field at the CT Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at Essex County Mike Sheppard, Sr. Field against Wagner Seahawks.
